Liverpool is a cosmopolitan city in the north west county of Merseyside in England.  The city of Liverpool lays claim to many firsts. im 18 about to finish school and I want to travel through europe cheaply. I particularly want to go to Spain, France, Germany and the Netherlands. im just wondering if anyone has any advice to offer me. whether it is best to back pack or travel with organisations with Contiki for example.
